How does product pricing and margin allocation work?

You decide on the trade price via hubsku for each product and you set the RRP

Who pays for delivery?

You can opt to include delivery in your pricing model or add it as an extra. Variable delivery pricing is available

How many re-sellers can I work with? 

You can make your product range available as you see fit. All re-sellers must request authorization to access your product range and add it to their shop

What happens if a product is out of stock?

This is controlled centrally either by integration with your stock system or by managing the stock level in your supplier portal. If a product is listed as out of stock with you, then all shops will show that it is not available

What happens if a customer wants to return a product? 

We publish your delivery and returns procedure on all shops
