Is the shop under my branding or my suppliers’ branding?

Each HubSku Shop is presented under the Re-seller branding. It will display the Re-seller Logo and contact details, colour scheme, and links to social media accounts

How do I get paid for products purchased through my shop?

Once a purchase is completed by your customer, your payment is automatically allocated to your stripe account. Stripe retains the money for 7 days, whereupon it is released into your account. We can set up an automatic transfer from your stripe account to your preferred bank account

How many suppliers can I work with?

There is no limit on the number of suppliers that you can represent in your online shop. However, each supplier must allow you access first to their product range. Once you have been given access, you can simply select the products that you want to feature and they appear automatically in your shop

How many products can I have in my shop?

There is no limit to the products you can feature and sels

What happens if a product is out of stock with my supplier?

Any products that are out of stock will automatically update in your shop to show that they are not currently available

What happens if a customer wants to return a product?

Delivery and Returns conditions are set by the supplier and customers should process returns according to their terms. Refunds to the customer will be deducted from your account. 

Who sets up the shop?

It is very easy to sign up and set-up your own shop. We can also do this for you for a small fee.  You need to have your logo, and a preferred colour scheme for your shop

How can I access the shop to make changes?

Once you register you can access your shop back-end at any time using your username and password

How much does it cost?

We offer the option of subscription plans where you pay a small fixed fee per month or transaction fee where we take a % of the value of your sales. The best plan for you often depends on the supplier terms. Some suppliers can only work with subscription plans due to smaller margins available?
